Henry “Hank” Aaron broke Babe Ruth’s home run record with his 715th career home run on April 8, 1974. Aaron would go on to hit 755 home runs, a record that stood until Barry Bonds broke it on August 7, 2007. Aaron will forever be one of the greatest baseball players ever.
