Santa is coming to town, Toledo! Christmas in July is back for the first time since 2015 with a specialty jersey, fun promotions (including a visit from Santa himself on Saturday and Sunday), and family events all weekend long from Friday, July 21 to Sunday, July 23. Break out those Hawaiian shirts and sunglasses, T-Town! We’re hosting our first-ever Margaritaville Weekend from Friday, July 7 through Sunday, July 9 complete with a specialty jersey, two giveaways, live music, and postgame fireworks.

Louise McVicker recently threw out the first pitch at the Mud Hens game to celebrate the beginning of a dream road trip. At 91-years-old, she is about to embark on the trip of a lifetime with her grandson. They are going to all 30 MLB ballparks this summer to complete a lifelong dream.
Toledo native Jared Anderson returned home to throw out the first pitch before the Mud Hens game on May 3rd. Anderson is one of the bright young stars in boxing. His next fight will be July 1, 2023 at the Huntington Center in Downtown Toledo.

Did you know that Toledo had three baseball teams that were part of the Negro National League? The first team was the 1923 Toledo Tigers.
