On July 18, 1998, David Cone pitched the 16th perfect game in MLB history. It was a particularly special day in Yankee history as the team held “Yogi Berra Day” prior to the start of the game with Don Larsen, who threw a perfect game in the World Series, throwing out the ceremonially first pitch.
