We’re cooking up something special!
Tigers catcher Eric Haase and Union Assembly, a Union Joints restaurant, have teamed up to create a custom menu item and drink special that will be sold for a month in the restaurant – a short walk from Comerica Park. Proceeds from sales of the items will benefit CATCH Charity for Children and the Tigers Foundation, chosen specifically by Eric.
In the first episode, Eric meets Chef Mark and Stephanie and reviews his preferences in designing the menu. Stay tuned as Eric samples his picks and hosts teammates to join in on the fun.
