The Guardians lineup again struggled to put much of anything together in a 6-2 loss to the Detroit Tigers Monday night at Progressive Field.

Aside from an early Jose Ramirez home run, the Guardians’ bats were quieted by Tigers starter Joey Wentz, who even after Monday’s outing has an ERA of 6.09. It was the fifth game in their last eight in which the Guardians scored two or fewer runs. The Guardians were out-hit 13-6.
