MLB draft 2022: Thread from Detroit Tigers’ picks on completed Day 2 (Rounds 3-10)

The first few rounds of the 2022 MLB draft are history but there are still plenty of picks to come.

Wondering where to watch? You can catch Rounds 3-10 Monday on MLB Network before watching 11-20 on Tuesday.

Last year, the Detroit Tigers selected righty Dylan Smith out of Alabama in the third round. This year Detroit leaned toward bats in the early rounds with Texas Tech second baseman Jace Jung and shortstop Peyton Graham.

Brock Porter, an Orchard Lake St. Mary’s star who was projected to be one of the first high school pitchers taken, was picked in the fourth round.
